According to our shipping policy, all orders are shipped within 3 days or as arranged with you the customer, between Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.

PLEASE NOTE SHIPPING CHARGES ARE BASED ON METRO AREA OF EACH STATE, OUTER METRO AREA OR RURAL AREAS WILL INCUR EXTRA CHARGES

Carriers

In most instances we use either our own installation staff to deliver appliances that are to be installed, or in the case of some air-conditioning appliances or equipment the manufacturers may deliver these items direct to site.

We may also use the following carriers to deliver our supply only orders in the Adelaide Metropolitan and near metropolitan areas:

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order in the Adelaide or near metropolitan area is $40 for a one person lift or $80 for a two person lift (i.e. wood heaters). Outside of these areas the cost is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Please note shipping rates do not include tailgate. Tailgate is extra $55 if required.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock, unless otherwise arranged. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
