Hark 2 Door Gas Smoker

The Hark 2 Door Gas Smoker is by far the most popular vertical gas smoker in the Hark BBQ range. Powered by a standard LPG gas bottle, the ‘2 Door’ is versatile and easy to use. Great for continental smoking as well as American low n slow.

Featuring two large doors, and four adjustable shelves, this cleverly designed smoker allows you to cook amazing smoked foods, without the hassle of building a fire. With a huge 4200cm2 cooking capacity, and the ability to cook at different temperatures, you can  feed an army, or prep meals for the whole week easily and cheaply. Because it is gas powered, you can use this smoker all year round, including many days when a charcoal or wood smoker would not be allowed.

The water pan and wood chip box help regulate temperature while adding traditional smokey flavor to your food.

The piezo ignition, side handles, low 24kg weigh and wide stance make for an easy to use and move appliance.

Optional extras include a Hark cover to protect the smoker from the elements when not in use,  and extra shelves, allowing you to expand your cooking capacity if required.
