The smallest gas smoker in the Hark range. Powered by a standard LPG gas bottle, this compact 1 door gas smoker is perfect for a small balcony, courtyard or patio. Despite its tiny footprint, the Patio Smoker can still cook a considerable amount of food. Featuring 2 x adjustable shelves and a total cooking capacity of 2100cm2, this convenient barbecue is perfect for cooking authentic pulled pork, brisket and ribs.
Western Mesquite Wood Chips – RRP: $15.00
750 grams of 100% natural mesquite wood chips for use in both Gas and Charcoal BBQs.
Mesquite is popular in the Southern United States, especially Texas, where BBQ means BEEF. With its rich and distinct flavor, Mesquite wood ideally pairs with brisket, steak, and other cuts of beef, but it also complements other meats such as pork and lamb.

These smoking chips are made from the charred white oak barrels used to age Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey®. During the aging process, the whiskey is drawn in and out of the wood, giving it its distinctive colour and flavour.
A portion remains in the wood after the barrels are empties and some of them are made into Jack Daniel’s® Whiskey Barrel Smoking Chips. These chips add a distinct whiskey flavour to food cooked on your grill or electric smoker.
