Despite its tiny footprint, the Hickory Pit smoker is still a sizeable barbecue. The long, thin firebox is compact enough for a small courtyard backyard, but the extra length gives you the authentic American barbecue flavour that only an offset smoker can easily achieve. The barbecue is brand new, in a box, and one only!
Western Hickory Wood Chunks – RRP: $40.00
Hickory BBQ cooking chunks have a strong aroma that’s not too bold and slightly sweet. Often used with pork products such as bacon, sausage and pork shoulder, they also pair well with chicken and beef.
Western Mesquite Wood Chips – RRP: $15.00
750 grams of 100% natural mesquite wood chips for use in both Gas and Charcoal BBQs.
Mesquite is popular in the Southern United States, especially Texas, where BBQ means BEEF. With its rich and distinct flavor, Mesquite wood ideally pairs with brisket, steak, and other cuts of beef, but it also complements other meats such as pork and lamb.
