Pam and I are more than happy to let you know how delighted we have been with the installation of our new gas central heating system.

From the very start when we were looking into treating ourselves to a warmer winter we were impressed with the advice you gave us,  which compared to others was obviously that of someone who really knew what they are doing.

Your quote was competitive so it was easy to make the decision to come to Energy Hothouse, and we have been delighted with the result!

We can’t believe the speed with which everything happened after that.  As a new gas connection we thought it would be at least a couple of months, but with your knowledge and contacts the whole thing, including getting the gas connection to the property, was up and running in just 5 weeks and it is oh so lovely and warm here now!!

Your team is really excellent you have some great staff – polite, friendly, flexible and helpful, and they clear up ALL their mess.  And then in the end you even filled in the Seeley on line cash back claim for us – how good’s that?!

It is really great to have a good news story when you have work done, and we are already telling all our friends, and will definitely be coming back for any future heating or cooling needs.

Hi Craig

I just wanted to let you know how impressed I was with the two young men who installed our heater on Tuesday,
In dealing with the concerns regarding the facia clearance, they remained very calm and professional, working on a solution without getting upset as most tradespeople do when something doesn’t go to plan.
The quality of the job, clean up of all mess and explanation of the product and what to expect in terms of initial smell etc was excellent.
The property is brand new, and so many times I have had to dispose of cardboard or clean up mess and junk left by tradespeople in such a hurry to leave.
I was able to lock up and come home to Adelaide pretty much straight away after they had finished.
People are quick to complain. These young men were a pleasure to deal with and along with yourself made this a very smooth process from whoa to go.

We purchased the Regency Richmond wood fire stove.
The stove/fireplace uses very small amount of wood and gives us a beautiful warm house.
The best thing we ever purchased.
